Course Cancellations
- Cancellation by Users: Since our courses are non-refundable, cancellations made by the user will not result in any refund of the course fee. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the course details, schedules, and requirements before enrolling.
- Cancellation by Eovix Technologies: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, insufficient enrollment), we will provide users with the option to transfer to another course of equal value or issue a refund. Users will be notified of cancellations as soon as possible.

Subscription-Based Services
For any subscription-based services offered by Eovix Technologies Private Limited, the subscription fees paid are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the subscription period.

Course Transfers and Rescheduling
- Transfers: We do not allow users to transfer their enrollment to another person or to a different course after enrollment. All enrollments are final and non-transferable.
- Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend live classes or access the course during the designated timeframe, we may provide access to recorded sessions where applicable. However, this will not result in any form of refund or credit.
