User Agreement for Online Courses

This User Agreement for Online Courses (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which you (“User” or “Student”) may access and participate in the online courses and services provided by Eovix Technologies Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). 1. Course Enrollment and Access

• Share your login credentials or allow others to access the course under your account.
• Reproduce or distribute any course materials without written permission.
• Use the course content for commercial purposes or public distribution.

3. Course Completion and Certification

3.1. Completion Requirements: To successfully complete a course, you must meet the specified criteria, such as completing all required assignments, quizzes, or exams, and participating in any live sessions (if applicable).

3.2. Certification: Upon successful completion of a course, you may be eligible to receive a certificate of completion. Certification requirements vary by course and will be outlined in the course description. Certifications are awarded solely based on merit and compliance with the course requirements.

3.3. Certification Usage: Certifications provided by Eovix Technologies Private Limited are for personal and professional development purposes and do not guarantee employment, promotions, or academic credits. You may list the certification on your resume or LinkedIn profile, but you may not claim to have received an academic degree or other qualifications through our courses.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Fees: You agree to pay the full course fee at the time of enrollment, as outlined in our Payment Terms Policy. All payments are final, and course fees are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

5.1. Academic Integrity: We expect all users to maintain academic integrity when completing course assignments, quizzes, and exams. You may not submit work that is not your own, engage in plagiarism, or use unauthorized assistance during assessments.

5.2. Community Guidelines: You agree to adhere to our Code of Conduct / Community Guidelines. Disrespectful behavior, harassment, spamming, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated, and may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Account Management and Security

6.1. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that no unauthorized persons access your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
